We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

Shipment processing time

Due to the hand-made nature of our products all orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any orders received on a weekend or holiday, will be processed and dispatched during business hours (Monday-Friday).

For any large/commercial quantities, please contact us directly via email (sales@foursticks.com.au) to ensure stock is on hand.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight and the cost is subject to change. For multiple bags please contact us for a quote here

Weather

We at FourSticks will do everything we can to ensure that your product arrives as it should, we ship our products in insulated bags to protect them from the heat, but this is no guarantee due to the fragile nature of chocolate. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 24 hours

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

FourSticks ships to PO Box addresses within Australia.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

FourSticks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

GST is automatically included in the costs provided.

International shipping policy

We ship outside Australia. Shipment cost is calculated at checkout.
